30k gaming pc built guide bd 2021
Welcome to our desktop PC Built guide.
In today's article I will show you how to build a budget gaming PC for 30,000 taka. The build is entirely designed with Best Value for Money in mind.
With this build you can play the latest games of the day at 1080 pixels at an average 30 frame rate at low or medium presets and almost all games at a good frame rate of graphic.
Especially sports title games can be played quite comfortably. Apart from gaming, this build can be used for all the tasks of daily life including video editing or photo editing.
Note: The prices of the components mentioned in the article may change at any time or the price may vary depending on the store or location, so take a good look at this before buying.
Budget gaming PC buying guide Under 30 thousand taka-
Processor-
The most important component of the PC is the processor. So in case of building any PC, you have to consider all aspects and make the right decision.
Intel and AMD have been competing in the processor market for a long time now. According to many, Intel is the best in terms of processor, while according to many, AMD is the best. In fact, these two companies are the best in their field.
However, when it comes to budget PC build, AMD is ahead. Because MD is offering a very good quality powerful processor at a low price.
Nowadays a word called APU is quite common. You may have heard the name. AMDE first released this APU in 2011.
The full form of APU is Accelerated Processing Unit. It is basically a combination of CPU (Central Processing Unit) and GPU (Graphics Processing Unit).
That means graphics are included in the processor. Now, you may ask that Intel processors also include internal graphics called Intel HD, Ultra HD, right?
In answer to this question, I will tell you, of course, graphics are also included in Intel processors. However, they are less powerful than the graphics in the APU.
As a result, Intel's HD series graphics are not so strong that you can not gaming with it. You must buy a dedicated graphics card for gaming
But with AMD's APU, you can play gaming at a fairly good frame rate without a graphics card. Moreover, there is an option to install a dedicated graphics card later.
If your budget is low but you are interested in gaming on PC, then you can buy one of AMD's APUs and start gaming on PC with your eyes closed.
Since our budget is Rs 30,000, we will use AMD's APU as the processor in this build. In the build we have selected AMD as Ryzen 5 3400G APU. This is an APU that is quite powerful within the budget. It costs 13,600 taka.
This APU has 4 cores and 6 threads. Its base clock is 3.6 GHz which can be boosted up to 4.2 GHz.
This APU from AMD also has Radian Vega 11 graphics with a base frequency of 1400 MHz. It is 79% faster overall than the Radian Vega 8 used in the Raizen 3 3200G APU and is far ahead of the Nvidia GT1030 GPU.
Motherboard-
We will recommend Gigabyte B450M S2H ULTRA Durable Micro ATX board as the motherboard in the build. This is a motherboard that supports overclocking. So you can boost gaming performance by overclocking if you want.
This motherboard with AMD's B450 chipset has the facility to use dual channel DDR4 RAM up to 32 GB, USB 3.1 port, M2 slot etc. It will cost 6 thousand 100 taka.
Ram-
In the case of RAM, the higher the bus speed, the higher the performance. Performance is especially good on PCs with AMD's Raizen architecture processor-complete PCs that have more bus speed memory.
And since our build is APU based, we must use dual channel configuration RAM for better performance. Performance can drop by 10-30% if dual channel configuration RAM is not used.
In this build we have selected Geil Evo Spear 2x4 GB DDR4 Dual Kit as RAM. Each one will cost 2,300 taka.
Its bus speed is 26 MHz. In the build we used RAM of 26 MHz bus speed. This APU from AMD supports a maximum RAM speed of 2933 MHz. If you want you can take more bus speed RAM.
Storage (SSD)-
Our choice for storage in the build is COLORFUL CN500 240GB M2 SSD drive. It costs 3 thousand 200 taka.
Now if you want an HDD drive instead of an SSD drive, that means if your storage needs are too high then we would recommend 1 Teabyte Seagate Barracuda. It will cost 3,600 taka.
In fact, having an SSD drive in the system increases performance a few more times. SSD drive has been taken keeping in mind the performance. It is best if the system has an HDD and SSD drive.
Power Supply-
When buying power supplies, you should always buy branded power supplies. The power supply in this build is Antec Atom 550W. The 550 watt power supply is on-the-best power supply within the budget.
As the power supply is 550 watts, upgrading the PC in the future will not be a problem. The price of power supply is 2,600 taka.
Casing-
Which casing to take depends entirely on your taste. We have selected DELUX DLC-DW701 as the casing in the build. Although the casing is not premium looking, it will work. The casing will cost 1,450 taka.
The prices of all the components of the build are given below.
Processor- 3,600 taka.
Motherboard - 8,100 taka.
Radham - 4,600 taka.
Storage - 3,200 taka.
Power supply - 2600 taka.
Casing - 1,450 taka.
Total price - 31,550 taka.
Benchmark-
Below are the CPU benchmarks used in our build:
Cinebench R20 - 442 (single-core); 1989 (multi-core)
Cinebench R15 - 189 (single-core); 75 (multi-core)
Geekbench 5 - 940 (single-core); 3.60 (multi-core)
Temperature - 33 degrees Celsius (Idle); 50 degrees Celsius (gaming).
With this build we can play current games at 1080p, 720p and 900p at a fairly good frame rate. Here are some examples of how we can get gaming performance from this build:
1080p (low settings) -
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege - 63 FPS (average)
World War Z - 63 FPS (average)
Fortnite - 61 FPS (average)
Far Cry New Dawn - 30 FPS (Average)
