PICO PSU (Power Supply) Review

Every PC requires electrical power to run, this power helps to make it suitable for receiving PC Power Supply.  The power supply required for the PC is usually called ATX Power Supply, which converts 110-250V AC to + 5VSB, + 5V, 3.3V, + 12V, -12V and supplies it to the motherboard.  The power supply is measured by the watt power, the type of devices on the PC and the amount of watts they receive.  PC Power Supply varies depending on the size and usage of the PC.  Ordinary PCs use normal size, slim / home theater PCs use SFX / SFXL and some very small PCs use a special type of PICO PSU.  Today we will talk about such a PICO PSU.

This is actually a DC to ATX Power Supply, which means it converts DC (12V-19V) to ATX for the motherboard.  Now you can run your slim / home theater PC with laptop power adapter or powerful battery.  These are smaller in size and less hot so no fan is needed.  There are many people who make less powerful desktop PCs and it is especially useful for those who travel with PCs.
